Pros
Some great people working there who are very helpful.
Cons
Management culture leads to very low morale. No direction, leadership or communication from management who seem to make it up as they go. Long notice periods are put into contracts which will make it difficult to leave without breaking your contract. Legal action will be taken if you leave before notice period is worked. Very high staff turnover which makes progress on projects very difficult . New staff are hired with no desk or computer for them.
