      Very good compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Dictatorial culture, complete lack of strategy, they are jumping from project to project like headless chickens and cannot decide on long term goals. Any creativity is crushed and there is no meaningful conversation between senior management and researchers.

      No More a Research Organization

      Nice Salaries, Nice facilities, good supporting staff, few research centres are doing good with nice environment.

      Cons

      No clear vision, website says "research organization", but it is no longer a research organization, higher management do not consider those at lower in hierarchies (in some research centers), things may change in 1 week. If you want to build your "research" career, this is not a place.
