      Pros

      Working shorter hours on Friday is about all I can say as a Pro for this company.

      Owner Anil screams, yells, and belittles all employees. He doesn't even take them in an office in private just does it in front of all staff to see and hear

      Pros

      Flexible with my class schedule but that's really it. The location of the building is nice with a view of the lake from the break room. Coworkers were decent.

      Cons

      CEO has issues; screams constantly and berates employees. Not much professionalism here and I was a student when I worked there.

      - Excellent diverse skill set development - Challenging environment every day - The more you learn, the more you grow attitude - Aggressive with new proposals and ongoing live projects - Motivation and technical assistance from senior leadership

      Cons

      - Older outlook on things and a stingy management - Dishonest senior role management - Not open to profit sharing - Poor project planning and manhour estimates - CEO is a pathfinder, but stupid and terrible to work with messed-up senior management ideas - Company culture is dominated by senior leadership which directly affects work-life balance. This tends to be 30-70 because of incapable project managers and irrelevant deadlines. - Low ethics/culture under the current senior leadership
