Great Company - Excellent process

Pros

This is a great company to work for. They pay well and we can choose our own work life balance based on everyone's interests. The company has excellent immigration and related processes and follows the process as per uscis guidelines, hence no worries in the processes.

Cons

Not much of team outings etc or entertainments with employees.

Good company to work, you should not think about another client. If project is completed it means exit from the company.

Cons

We don't have much options to switch to another client and no appraisals.
