Get opportunities for deputation, you may work in International project (once in 5 years). Exposure to Technip work procedures and methodology too much of free time

1. Does not handle project directly. Offloading from other technip centers always (low end work & kinda production center) 2. Does not live upto Technip’s legacy and brand 3. Management talks too much about competency but no job is given to prove your self 4. Paid very low salary compared to other companies (Compared to market salary) 5. Process engineers get even low salary compared to other departments in Technip Chennai 6. It was a SPIC company earlier (an operating company in Tamilnadu), taken over by Technip. Management is still from SPIC , always think small 7. HR says always Chennai cost of living is low ( you to reduce your salary) 8. Getting into a project is like cracking an entrance exam ( waiting too much time for projects ) 9. Management thinks about individual not about company 10. By chance one goes on deputation to abroad his salary hike wont happen for next three years (Horrible) 11. Too much boasting in process department and no track record of good project 12. Last but not least By chance any one resign from technip . He is troubled in all ways 13. salary is not based on your work . Based on years of experience
