      The engineers have good banter Small company so you can progress quite fast

      Cons

      Low market pay, over-expectations, pressure (ceo quite literally over your shoulder) Gender divide in office, men’s only poker night and women’s only holiday.

      Once you say you’ll do an overnighter you always get pressured. Training only job specific no personal development. Long hours. Low basic pay. Management toxic. Very high staff turnover across all disciplines
