Good place, good colleagues, stingy management
Pros
1. work from home availability if needed sometimes 2. good office location 3. leaves accrual policy 4. overtime pay (depends on how good is the manager) 5. work-life balance (again depends on who the manager is) 6. health insurance benefits and sick leaves
Cons
1. salary on the lower side 2. salary hikes have a fixed range based on years of experience and not based on individual talent, performance, and efforts put in. 3. doesn't matter how much effort you put in and how good you are at work, you will be treated the same as everyone in all terms 4. no performance bonus, annual bonus, etc... 5. no annual trip this year. 6. long notice period. 7. very mean and stingy management team and worst hr management. 8. some managers are selfish, they'll take all your credits, force you to work more than working hours daily, and restrict you from taking benefits of the overtime pay policy. 9. very unbalanced teams, some people might be working like a donkey day and night and some people will be sitting idle all day long with the same pay. 10. the more and the better you work, the more your workload and expectations will increase but unfortunately, your pay won't increase lol.
