Pros

I got the chance to work with some amazing people in all divisions of the company that shared the same passion that I do. I learned a lot.

Cons

Once the President/CEO became one of two of the majority owners last year a lot of things changed. I was told that controls, processes and procedures no longer needed to be followed. Most of my daily tasks were taken away from me and I was terminated for cause a few months later. There is zero trust in the company. The President/CEO will sit in her office and watch out her window or on her phone from the ring app when someone comes and goes from the office, and the company uses monitoring software to watch people all day on their electronic devices to track activity. There are also communication issues in the company, the President/CEO will not communicate directly with you but about you to other employees.

Trust does not exist

Pros

It is a good stepping stone to move on to other roles at different companies.

Cons

Everything else. The majority of employees are very underpaid compared to there market value. You are sold one thing going into the company and come to find out it is a sinking ship. There is a culture of fear that has been instilled by the CEO. The culture makes it feel like you can be fired at any time, and many employees are depending on the CEO’s mood. Unethical business practices by the CEO, she will create drama and distrust among the employees, bills are unpaid to vendors, and shady practices all around. Tracking software is out on devices under the guise of “compliance”, don’t buy it, trust does not exist in this company.

Unethical Business Top to Bottom

Pros

None at all. If I could give one star I would have. Avoid this place at all costs.

Cons

Unethical business top to bottom, traces of sexism, low wages, CEO spends most of her time on vacation, there's no HR department; he calls himself "employee success coordinator which is hilarious, the biggest red flag of all; THE ENTIRE FAMILY WORKS THERE. The CEO/President has no cybersecurity background and it shows. She started as an accountant and literally bought her way to the top. Somewhere in these reviews you see the company reply saying something along the lines of "we have an open door policy and have a culture that allows employees to come to express concerns to management." Completely false. They'll let you express your concerns but that's your train ticket to being let go or passively aggressively harassed until you want to quit.
