Pros
The people in both the Malta and Cyprus offices are all wonderful, welcoming, warm and the atmosphere is very family like with decent perks and a beautiful centrally located office in St Julian's, with sea view's from the terrace and free lunch 3 days a week.
Cons
Salaries below role expectations, very complicated manual tasks and workarounds/procedures, some issues with team dynamics.
