      Pros

      Very good attitude to employees, low bureaucracy, good work/life balance, flexible hours, even possible to travel and work remotely on some projects.

      Cons

      Almost none. People usually leave this company if they move to another location or if they want to switch to other technologies which are not used in TeamDev.

      Pros

      1. Good professionals. 2. Keen on new technologies, working in that company keeps you up-2-date. 3. Good family-like atmosphere. 4. Management very much cares about people. 5. Good social package, especially for those who likes to travel: travelling bonuses, renting office plcae in spa-areas.

      Cons

      Salaries are not the highest, but with all the pro's it does not really matter, some pro's you cannot buy.
