      Remote work, boss was very nice

      Upper/executive management clueless, company continually in hot water or some PR emergency, pay is below market compared to similar roles elsewhere.

      Occasional team bonding events — way to connect and unwind.

      Cons

      Workload is on the heavy side and can be exhausting. You barely get a chance to take your PTO — it’s tough to find the time, and finding someone to cover for you is even harder. Bad upper management.
