Teaching Strategies is a great place to work. The company is dedicated to the mission and supporting educators in the field. It's a 100% remote work environment with good benefits and compensation. Everyone is extremely friendly and I enjoy the work I get to do every day.

Work with nice people, flexible schedule, low workload, great salary and benefits, PTO is unlimited

Cons

This company is sales-focused so it’s less about support and more about making the sale at any cost in every position. This can feel intense. The online resources do not always work and can be confusing. This makes it a challenge.
