Pros

This organization honestly cares about the people who work here and is mission driven. People share, work together and are really willing to help each other learn. Learning is also emphasized more than other places I have worked and they generally really care about quality. Also there is work life balance but people take pride in their work.. In addition, the work in the schools offers a lot of autonomy. Management is also generally approachable and will try to address a problem if someone has one. I love this organization it is not like any other education organization I have worked for before.

Cons

Their are limited opportunities to move into management. The work is in schools can require a lot of travel and a different location every day. Different schools we support have very different cultures and the work can be frustrating when your in a difficult school.
