      Pros

      Great people that I've worked with forever and consistently cool people get hired, making working life pretty bearable.

      Cons

      Everything else. Have gone through major changes in the past year and little-none of these changes were communicated with dignity or respect in mind of the current employees, leading to a culture of low morale. We just don't know what's going on! Also - the service that we provide to our customers tends to be poor/not planned - making some of us on the front lines having to apologize constantly for the mistakes of others. Despite flagging these concerns, we haven't seen any meaningful changes toward positive experiences for our customers for quite some time.

      Pros

      - Friendly team - Wonderful onboarding - A complete understanding that change can take time to show results - Lots of data to use in growing journals but also understanding that we can use experiences to justify changes - Fantastic process mapping, even as a newish employee whenever I have a question on how to do something I can find a process to help or contact points to reach out to!

      Cons

      Very little, its a bit tricky to see where my career may progress from my current position but I know lots of work is being done on this
