      Pros

      Better work-life balance than I've had anywhere else, and a strong relationship with the union that resulted in quite a few benefits, including better pay compared to competitors.

      Cons

      Generally quite dull work and it didn't seem like we were preparing for the future. Everything was very print focused and not particularly easy for authors to navigate (at least on the journals side of things). Not a lot to do sometimes and sometimes slightly bizarre initiatives and messaging from management.
