      Pros

      As a UK-based company, the work week is 35 hours and the benefits are good compared to many US companies.

      Cons

      Recent transition to hybrid work -- requiring 3 days in office -- has put a big dent in the appeal of working here. Salaries are low, promotions scarce, and career progression difficult. The main reason to stay was the flexible work, lower hours, and work-life balance that comes with work from home. Requiring in-office time has made me start looking for new jobs,
