      Cons

      -Location can have bad traffic during rush hour but they are flexible with starting/finishing times so it is avoidable.

      Pros

      The people here are very collaborative and helpful. The teams want to create a good place to work by creating engagement opportunities for the employees inside and outside of work. The CSR committee is focused on fostering a good working culture with opportunities for all colleagues to get involved. The industry is very exciting and constantly evolving so growth opportunities are plentiful as a business and as an individual and there is good job security.

      Cons

      The pace is quite fast so teams and individuals have to remain dynamic, agile and prepared for rapid change/movement.
