Hire graduate; give a nice career projection plan with planned remuneration points over a 2 year period..... then scrap it with no communications as to why it is has been scrapped, and then deny all knowledge of there ever being a remuneration opportunity at all. I would have been paid more stacking shelves at a supermarket than working for TTL! No communication at all to there employee's (I didn't realise my reporting manager had changed until I handed in my notice)

Since higher management is jobless, they spend there energy in troubling employees and ex-employees. This company cannot grow unless there are some sick people in organization. There are people in this organization serving from 30 years and are now empty headed.. Such jokers u can find in SAP BW area...I will not tell there names because I don't want to spoil my tongue in morning... One of my friend got offer from another company. She was not given relieving letter on time. She cried cried and cried..Thank God the other company was matured enough to understand her problem. Reason being, the idiot manager said "I want her to suffer". She had given KT to concerned person but the moron manager refused to provide approval.
