      Pros

      The company is focused on new and rapidly growing industries, which makes the work interesting. They provide an employer RRSP plan, subsidized lunches, and a generous profit-sharing program to all full-time employees. The office environment is modern and spacious, and there are good free services on-site including a fitness center.

      Cons

      The company is in Kirkland, so getting there without a car can be a challenge.
