The company are transparent, with very clear objectives and KPI data which can be accessed at anytime, so you always know where you stand. The bonus and commission criteria are very clear, and the company don't try to find reasons not to pay you (which can't be said by all recruitment companies).
You're given a high degree of ownership and autonomy in your role, and the SMT are very open to listening to ideas, for example, if there's a new area that you'd like to focus on developing, the company will support you to do that.

Cons
Training tends to be ad-hoc and on the job, but the recent introduction of more structured training will help with this. Parking is limited at some locations, but overflow parking facilities are offered.
