Pros

You can speak with the CEO directly. The company is relatively new, so you have access to reach out to anyone in the company, including CEO.

Cons

The CEO lies. Constantly. I'm not kidding. Many of us agents were originally told that we'd be paid the 1st of every month. Then, that turned into "within the first 10 business days" of every month. Then 15 days. As I write this I still have yet to be paid a penny for the 2 months I've worked for TWG and the month is almost over. It's insane. The CEO, Andrew, then will claim that this issue is out of his control and will be resolved next month, BUT IT HAPPENS EVERY MONTH. You can go back a few months on the social media platform the company uses, and see that this has been going on FOR OVER A YEAR. Yet the CEO keeps new agents in the dark so that he can exploit labor out of them, before they come to their senses. All he has to do is say, "Team, although the mandate that we signed states salary comes within the first 10 labor days, there are often delays leading to salaries arriving at the end of the month." THAT'S IT. Had he said that I would have the correct information to provide my wife and bill collectors. Instead by lying and avoiding the issue, he create a web of lies. My relationship has had such a strain due to my employment with this company because I keep relying Andrew's lies onto my wife and bill collectors. It looks horrible on me, yet I'm working 45 hours a week busting my butt to provide for my family. I've had better luck working under the table. Please don't apply here unless you have the next 3 months rent/bills paid for.

Pros

With no pay, there are none! They want you to agree to work 30 hours a week, but when payday comes around, it gets pushed back further and further, and they expect you to work the same hours while you wait. There is only 1 scheduled pay per month, and getting that is like pulling teeth. They have a group of about 60 dedicated brain-dead folk still waiting...and happily working. Christmas is in 5 days, and I was supposed to get paid 7 days ago. Most legitimate companies pay early..because they know people need it. But not TWG...They are grifters. The CEO sent me a copy of the International Bank Transfer that was "sent". I've received no money. I've called by bank. They stated that I have to wait 5 business days before they can track it. The 5t business day is December 27th. After Christmas! So that means that I can choose to be behind on my bills, OR get less gifts for my family. How do you explain this situation to kids? It's crazy. So if on the 27th my bank traces this wire, and it turns out to be fake or made up, I'll be contacting the authorities, because that's fraud.

Cons

No PAY! These people expect to find a bunch of gullible, who probably live in their mother's basement, with NO REAL responsibilities. They expect you to work on a mere "promise" to pay.

Brainwashing and late salaries

Business outlook

Pros

- Work from the comfort of your home - Some workers are nice and honest

Cons

- You have to pay for your own computer, headset, internet connection, anything that you need for work is on you and if it breaks down, well it's on you! - You have to listen to the same brainwashing from management telling you that the company will dominate the world and that you must have a leader's mindset - Salaries are delayed 1, 2 and in some cases 3 months. If you have savings, good for you you will do fine. Otherwise, good luck. - The work is not interesting and often very stressful - Pay is one of the lowest on the market - You will work holidays, weekends, doesn't matter to them
