Pros

Good benefits and the non management folks are a great group of people.

Cons

This used to be a great company, unfortunately once they changed to TalentWave that all changed. They have laid off over half the staff, and closed 1 out of 2 of there locations and expect the remaining folks to handle the workload. It is not uncommon to work 60+ hour weeks to keep caught up all while being yelled at because you are working too much overtime. Requests for help are ignored and upper management is a disaster. I am surprised that this company has not been sued due to the nonprofessional behaviors and lack of compliance.

Pros

There is almost nothing good about this company.

Cons

The management is not fit to run a client facing team. People are disrespectful bullies, and will not listen to any cries to help from a whole client services team who is drowning in work. Understaffed and underpaid with overly high expectations for its workers.

Great co-workers who will always help you out

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, all over the place in and out of 18 different systems, nothing is streamlined, systems do not communicate have to do the same task in multiple systems, low pay, no longer offer flex or work from home
