Need to fix all the problems with the product

Pros

Great team and fun culture with a good social life. Managers try to help you learn new skills, and company will pay for you to get certifications. Pay is good and benefits are decent (has VHI and bonus but no pension).

Cons

The product is really buggy so is constantly breaking for customers but most of the problems need a developer to fix. The support team have to deal with a lot of frustrated customers but we can't actually solve their problems. Some of the team end up working extra hours at weekends with no extra compensation.

Pros

Promotion opportunities if you put in the work. Health insurance is also nice, Management routinely engage with employees and take on board suggestions or improvements. New hire training has been vastly improved with even more improvements being implemented.

Cons

Dev team can be slow to respond to development request quotes. No pension contribution scheme. Other than that i cant think of any other cons.

Pros

Great work environment, extremely strong team from top down. Manager's do not micromanage and provide significant autonomy, but are also very accessible when necessary. Cutting edge product in a very fast paced industry.

Cons

Still typical of a start-up environment where those who require significant structure in their day to day work lives may get a bit frustrated.
