Their unusual bare bones, stretched thin management style, old calling lists, home grown CRM that's a pain to use. Really outdated technology ( everything is 10+ years old ). More employee turnover than I've ever seen in my 15 months there. This is a lead gen firm on its last legs. Company's rarely re-up after a initial one month trial, so projects can change daily. If there is no work, you are "benched" without pay. 18 inch wide cubicle desks, makes for terrible ergonomics. Fast food wages for all the callers. They expect all employees to do extra work, like training someone who lasts a week. No extra compensation though. They have a core group of toothless employees that have been there forever and they don't like interlopers...

Favoritism is rampant, there are those who come to work every day and work hard, make the dials and have a professional demeanor, and those who sleep at their desk, and surf the internet dating sites, 9 times out of 10 the first ones they let go are the hard working and professional ones. It appears to have nothing to do with your work ethic, but rather if you're in good with Management, and if you are liked. The experience can be quite demoralizing, as you wonder if you;ll be sent home the next day without any notice.
