Pros
If you work here long enough you can get a remote job, if you’re a student they will be willing to accommodate your schedule. It’s also only open Monday-Friday. Great if you’re a student.
Cons
They keep everyone as PT employees most likely to save money, I would say it’s really hard to get out of the same position you’re hired in or even get moved to FT, it happens but not often. I would also say don’t count on getting the holidays/Christmas off they won’t approve even if you submit it a year early then get mad when you don’t show up on those days.
