      Pros

      TSS Consultancy is a good place for freshers or early-career professionals to start their journey. The work environment is supportive and you get opportunities to learn new skills, understand client requirements, and gain practical experience. It helped me build a strong foundation in my professional career and improve my communication and problem-solving abilities.

      Cons

      Financial growth and salary increments can be relatively slow compared to industry standards.

      Pros

      On time salary (usually small companies don't have it). Small teams, young members, good exposure to learning. Direct ownership of task is given (if you want to learn this is a very good point). Potential exposure to Fintech events. 3 months notice periods is usually negotiable.

      Cons

      Less pay (mostly below market average). Very less senior headcount. Too many employees in tech and product teams who needs handholding. No perks of becoming manager. Senior appreciate yes man culture. Punch-in Punch-out system, 9hr is mandatory, anything less will be considered as half day. Heavy workload / No overtime compensation (overtime policy is just a piece of paper). Tricky ESOP policy :) Saturday working, more like whole week working :)
