Pros
You get 100% out of what you put into it. The opportunity is amazing, but definitely not for everyone. Its hard work, which is what it should be. You learn a lot that will benefit you in every aspect of your life and you will grow as a person and a mentor. You have to think of this as a career and not just a "clock-in, clock-out" job. There are so many great people in the company that you can network with and the travel is a plus! The Senior management is awesome and cares more about its team members than any company I have been apart of.
Cons
If someone does not fully understand the opportunity or how the company works they will not do well. They will teach others their understanding of the business and in turn negatively influence those around them. "monkey see, monkey do"
