Pros
The people at TRIA are awesome. We had a tight knit, team oriented research atmosphere where collaborating to get work done was key. Working at TRIA was always fun! Additionally, the research was always exciting and cutting edge. There were many opportunities to learn new skills, and collaborate with scientists at partner companies. Individual contributions were always recognized.
Cons
Because it's a small company, resources are sometimes limited. As you can see, I'm really fishing around for cons. There really weren't any.
