      New technology and pushing to learn new methods of code development

      They are all big fluff and talk. Working environment is like a frat community. The developers and managers there are a joke. No sense of direction and no proper coding experience. They have all the expensive tech but do not know how to use it. They hire multiple people to compete for one position and then fire them conveniently without any proper review, heads up and warning and blame it at you that you have not been performing well. Their codebase is really bad and you can see how their products look like. I repeat to any potential developers, please do not waste your time with this company and search for alternatives. They will get phased out soon.
