Quite difficult to have real connections, taking responsibilities. They have a nice office, but the company structure is not really making it possible to success.

Bad recruitment and contract management. "Topic" can not earn money from engineering so they are trying to earn money from consultancy. However, they are doing it in very unprofessional way. They will put you in a waiting lounge and you will have interviews with client companies meanwhile. The problem is that during this duration, you will be exposed with hysterical and unstable behaviour of managers. Recruiter manager is coming from hotel industry and humilates people and exaggerates evertyhing. he other weird manager calls himself both technical and contract manager. He messes up everything blames and yells you when the interview is not ok. The other business managers are one day good one day bad. Very neurotic and unstable company. They even dont pay your flight ticket costs telling you it will be amortized in 3 years.

Pros

In the beginning you get all the attention and it feels like a warm bath. A lot is organized but if you don't get an assignment quickly or at one time you'll have no project, it starts emmercing

Cons

I received an excellent review from my project manager at the external client but internally only a 'good'. Their rating system is shady. You don't have a choice where you want to work. Your business manager decides. They switch you easily between external and internal projects.
