The pay is good for the area.

Cons

Work is very physical and damaging to body. Perceptions are reality, not actuality (meaning: if someone complains they were offended, the other person is in trouble even if there was nothing done.)

Pros

During the recession Toyota kept us working when others were closing plants. They paid us even when they were suffering financial loss. That says a lot about their values. The fact that they could do this is a testament to their excellent business practices.

Cons

Because of lean staffing the physical toll that is taken is substantial. To the point of uncertainty about being able to work production a full 25 years.
