      Our CEO Ken Collis is a great mentor and leader! He truly cares about his employees and clients. The environment is definitely a family fun environment. I am extremely lucky to have such a supportive team that truly wants to see me succeed in life!

      There really are no cons. Who wouldn't want to work in a friendly environment that pushes you to learn more and reach new heights in life?

      • Everyone shows appreciation for there work • Best working environment I've ever encountered • Any questions I have get resolved very quickly

      This company has connections to some well connected people in the entertainment industry, as well as experience in high profile events.

      Cons

      The employers at this company are not always honest and the employees here have a very high turnover rate. It was even difficult to receive payment on projects- terms had to be renegotiated often and the company owners were very elusive. The culture did not seem healthy and all the account executives were overworked and underpaid, thus the high turnover rate.
