Pros

Not too many, people are friendly

Cons

TAS energy has gone through a major slump these days, with attrition rising and interdepartmental chaos, OPMs(Operations Managers) and EPM's(Engineering Project Managers) have lost control over the quality and do not meet project deadlines(2 weeks off on one project). HR is not helpful, they organize worthless events and do not hire people with expertise, I am surprised that HR is still actively posting jobs with the recent attrition of the half the purchasing department. I remember TAS being(2 years ago) a very active and near to perfect quality standards on all projects.

Pros

The people are great. TAS has a great atmosphere and provides the freedom for any hard working, get it done right the first time employee. The salaries are comparable with market conditions and the benefits are good.

Cons

Management has changed at the top in 2013 and has resulted in a realignment of the company business.
