Pros

T2 used to be a wonderful place that encouraged Innovation and Individuality.

Cons

T2 is a Female focused Business that does not Value or Treat Men equally. I was an integral manager for the T2 Business in Australia for 7 years, I gave my Heart and soul to the business and would have died for The Original Founders and a couple of the great Leaders of the past. Since the Real Changes in Direction with the UNILEVER buy out I saw first hand how an Individual can change from being a key member to a liability in an instant. The lies, backstabbing, sexism, bullying and deceptive leadership was running wild. Regional Management all the way up to National Leaders do not support or even attempt to understand the real issues at hand. HR and management seem to be only interested in avoiding any Liabilities at the expense of Passionatte Leaders. The Culture of T2 evolved naturally, it was an organic creation based on creativity, passionatte leadership and a rebel like innovative mindset. Dont be fooled by the Facade, its a terrible place to try to lead in. Foolish and Immature casuals seem to have way too many rights.

Where do I start? The company is ridiculous! Staff gossip and treat each other shockingly which all stems from upper management. If you're not friends with someone 'in the know' - good luck to you. You'll have to constantly prove yourself or just end up being pushed out. The product quality has dropped dramatically too. Charging a premium price for something that won't last is stupid. It was also very hard from a team members perspective when we had the same customers come back time and again with the same product for an exchange. Product team never took feedback well so we always had the same product with a slight change which customers were sick of seeing. In fact no one took feedback well. Everyone felt like they were being attacked when in reality it was constructive. There was WAY too much focus on KPIs which added alot of stress to a job that was already very stressful!
