Work hard Ability to work on weekends

Those who have given positive reviews might be freshers or very junior level resources. It is a 25 year old company and current employees are ~500 and many are working on contract basis (I hope lot of people doesn't know that). And until 2012 it had only ~150 employees, so first question is why only 500 employees if company is so old. 1. Most of the managers who are working more than 3 years are under qualified. New managers may be good. Old managers more focused on extra curricular activites like marathon run, carrom, chess, quiz, TT etc competition and DOES NOT take any responsibility for project deliverables. 2. It is a family owned company, so top management always talk about typical emotional family sentiments during negotiation and exploit later (BE CAREFUL). 3. If one project completed don't think you will be placed in other. And there nothing is called internal training. 4. Most of top management people got promoted due to so called 'FAMILY' relationship, sometimes you feel irritated and hate to deal with these guys. 5. They promise but they don't deliver on time or never deliver. 6. Most of senior people started their career from here only, so don't have any exposure of other big companies, so whatever they think or do is the best and they don't believe on you. 7. I have been working on UK based project and can see how mismatched it is. But unfortunately senior managers are not capable to handle multiple issues professionally. They always try to take client to nice restaurants and scold developers to resolve the issues.
