      Poor Leadership and Strategy and Toxic Environment.

      Solid technology, good coworkers and international experience.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, no respect for an individual from the top, which equates to trickle down to all levels, poor strategy for the company- work is reactive, poor communication with corporate that is located in Italy, and by poor its zero communication as the CEO does not support direct contact with corporate, Micro management from the CEO, every decision is second guessed, very negative environment created by the US CEO, employees are afraid to work independently or make decisions in fear of reprimand from the US CEO.
