      No pros just lot of cons.

      Cons

      No structure. Ali baba style. If you are desperate, you can try. Read the contract clause properly. Instructions are one way. No flexibility. Old equipments. Welfare non-existent. Prepare to work with lotsa foreigners except the work-study diploma students. Not willing to pay overtime work.

      Micromanage your every move from the time you clock in and out.

      Cons

      Corruption, deceit, and lies. Your Jon position pay is much higher in the market. These people lie and cheat.
