      Pros

      A great experience to have within team work. It added a wide knowledge to mine and made me more familiar with accounting issues in particular and how to deal with many people in general.

      Long hours to work with one day off in a week.

      Pros

      The owners are very open minded, the core ethical foundation is supreme. Once you prove you are useful to their business they clench in you and support you in order to keep you with them. One have a very wide range for proving himself, because they keep offering new projects and targets even for those who prove to be less than expected. Teamwork is an everyday practice, huge projects done in their systems are just the result of it. Finally, they never fire any employee, never did in their 25 yeas career.

      Cons

      They must speedup their managerial development in order to reduce the side effects of being in non-incorporated institution, adapting more decentralized management methodology is on top of these needed developments.
