      Disappointing Experience

      Pros

      I had a negative experience with this company. They terminated my employment without notice, creating unnecessary stress. The workload was overwhelming, and there were no opportunities for learning or growth. I wouldn't recommend this company to others.

      Cons

      No job security, micromanagement, and no mentors. The company is not focused on development. While the job may seem appealing with well-written descriptions, you will gain nothing in reality. Many employees have left.
