      Co-workers are nice. Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Management can breathe down your neck a lot. Very heavy workload with expectations to work past 5 pm. The company has gone downhill since the ownership change.

      The people in the company were nice especially on the tech side.

      Cons

      We were always playing catch up and behind the ball when trying to do something to move forward. There was so much tech debt that we were too busy making bandaid fixes to get anything good accomplished.
