Not much great welfare for goal people

The hours they force you to work as they are always understaffed are very challenging. The high turn around in the company is down to how chaotic the work environment can feel, As soon as I started I was given very little direction and found myself having to figure out most of the workload myself.

Not a healthy environment to work in some locations
