No room for development or promotion Unrealistic recruitment targets Bullying culture with no repercussions for the bullies People given management positions who are unable to manage Bring untrained people in on higher wages than those with 4 years experience Patients rearranges multiple times Double booking of patient appointments causing issues for reception team No support from management Higher management have no idea what happens at site, they need to spend a day or two at site in the position of the staff doing the hard work

Pros

Great on site staff who looked after each other. We were a family.

Cons

Management were lazy, would not answer the phone or speak to patients. Unrealistic targets set with no staff to deliver them Management did not care about the patients. They often went out of the safety windows and nothing was done about it nor did they care. Constantly rearranging patients, some were rearranged up to 10 times. Were expected to work over time but were unable to get paid for it or claim the time back Got told by Management there was no reason for me to suffer with mental health, reported it to HR who did not even reply to my email.
