Thank you for taking the time to post this retrospective review. We seek feedback in many ways at Synergy Learning and take an action-based response, wherever appropriate. In any organisation if an employment relationship turns sour, there are always at least 2 sides to the story, and differing perspectives of events. That said, we take your feedback on the chin, will continue with our programme of review & continuous improvement, and move forward with confidence and positivity. We are so sorry to learn that your experience working here was less than 100% positive. As you know we give all employees an opportunity to express their ideas and suggestions through open feedback channels, through the performance management channel and through twice yearly eNPS. On leaving, everyone is given the opportunity to make constructive criticisms via EXIT interview. I don't recall comments like these coming up at any time in the last couple of years, so I'm sorry you didn't feel empowered to express them to colleagues directly while you were still an employee. Of course we will take this review on the chin - while our current Employee Net Promoter score is an outstanding +42, of course there are always some people who don't feel aligned with company vision and values and are happier elsewhere. We wish you every success wherever you are working now.
