Great coworkers, too much unpaid overtime
Pros
Coworkers were great, most were supportive and helpful. There was a growing divide between teams when I left though. Had the freedom to go to medical appointments without pushback from leadership Quarterly meetings with entire company, sometimes employees get flown out to visit Louisiana or Tennessee for the meetings which is great
Cons
Leadership seemed resistant to change in company processes There is A LOT of extra hours worked that you will not get paid for. My coworkers and I frequently worked 10hr days, sometimes worked up to 12hrs in a day. No overtime pay My salary was significantly lower than anyone else on my team, despite us doing the same job Leadership talked down to employees at times Perfection is pushed at the expense of employees
