      overall friendly staff. Management was lenient

      Cons

      a/c never worked. internet was down most of the time causing us to have to go home early and then make up for our time on our off days.

      Pros

      Casual dress, sometimes free lunch. Ideal for college students

      Cons

      Systems are always down and they dont compensate you for the time. You have to make up the hours just to make your 40hr schedule. They don't communicate well with all the employees and if you are just a transfer agent, such as myself, you're an after thought and barely get any recognition.

      2 years ago great bonus and was able to work from home.

      No insurance,401k, two late nights and calls are routed to chosen (FAVORITE)collector.
