      Great coworkers, great technology, great industry, never boring,

      Cons

      No longer dedicated to American manufacturing....more and more work being done in China. Leadership makes many uncomfortable with their religious proselytizing. Very expensive health insurance

      Small company where you can translate your idea into cool products quickly and efficiently if you do the right things.

      Cons

      Family! No growth, no bonus and no raise if you are non-family member. Could not attract people and even harder to retain them.

      new ideas are usually welcomed.

      half the leadership team is related. makes it awkward to talk to hr who is also part of the family. required to take christmas-new years off but u have to use your own pto.
