Cons

Not enough PTO days; PTO must also be used on holidays if you don't want to work.

We have amazing employees from therapists up through managers. Smart, dedicated staff who care about the patients we serve. Flexibility in work creates a sustainable work/life balance.

Cons

Thin budgets; disconnection in a remote world (but this is true for any multi-state company).
