In a small business there can sometimes be team members that poisen the spirit of the team, luckily these people are usually exposed quickly.

- The company supports their employee's professional development by providing constructive feedback regularly on the employee's performance and encourages them to master their field by joining workshops and conferences. - It has a large degree of trust in an employee's capability to grow and a positive outlook for his/her career path. - No one is disrespected, every employee's opinions are valued. - As a small start-up, you take responsibility for your job and can see the real impact of your work. - Flexibility in the way you work (remote working days) as long as you accomplish the tasks assigned.
Cons
- Working in a very small team in a start-up environment. - Could work to some tight deadlines. - There's not a lot of senior staff to oversee your work, which means a lot of growth potential but also you need to be an all-rounded expert in your field and self-motivated.
