      Pros

      At Sy^2 you get to learn alot about the structural engineering industry especially for high rise projects. It is one of the premier consultancies in the Philippines.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay especially in today's economy. Tasks get repetitive and you dont get to move around departments to get to learn more about different aspects of structural engineering unless you do your own self studying.
