Workload vs. Salary: The workload is heavy, but the salary does not reflect the amount of work required. Occasional Overtime: There are occasional overtime hours expected, but they are not compensated with additional pay. Lack of Salary Increase: Limited or no opportunities for salary increases despite increasing responsibilities. Own Equipment Required: Employees are expected to bring their own computers to work, as the company does not provide them.

Working at Sutton is great. Everyone is extremely friendly and hard-working. They will always put their best efforts working for their clients

Cons

There is absolutely nothing wrong with working at Sutton. It's an absolutely amazing place to work and gain experience! I would definitely love to work there again
